| Château de la Cazine has many on-site facilities for our use during the holiday including tennis courts (with equipment hire), an outdoor swimming pool, mountain bikes or a walk around at your leisure to explore the majestic countryside. Horse riding and fishing can also be arranged and enjoyed in the grounds of the Château. The Château is set in rural surroundings and a car is recommended to see the local area. However, taxis and group car hire can be arranged. |

Château de la Cazine is situated in the Limousin region of central France, where the temperatures in summer can reach up to 32 degrees. The region is world renowned for its porcelain trade and the capital of the region, Limoges is around one hour from the Château. This area is also known for its cuisine and is particularly famous for its beef, mushrooms and berries. The beautiful village of Noth is just a few kilometres away and not too far away to the north, the area inspired Monet to paint over 20 of his masterpieces. Depending on your choice of travel to the Château, other towns in the region can be recommended for a day trip. Relax and take time out for this invigorating holiday. |
